Veritassium is another spectacular channel! His videos are amazing, I love the quality and fasctinating topics discussed. Vertiassium is run by a physics major named derrick. He has collaborated with Vsauce and various other youtubers too

3 Blue 1 Brown makes really good videos about mathematics. He talks about mathematical explanations as of why certian things are, as well as solving difficult questions, and providing courses on a number of topics such as neural networks and calculus.
